1. Returns Eligibility

2. Return Process

  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
